Authorize to utilize the services of the individuals as detailed in letter dated June 4, 2015, to conduct Special Education Impartial Due Process Hearings, State Board of Education Hearings, Vocational Rehabilitation Hearings and Alternative Dispute Resolution sessions, in an amount not to exceed $95,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 16% Federal, 84% General for FY 2016; and 16% Federal, 84% General for FY 2017.
