Authorize the Division of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services to enter into a contract with the American College of Surgeons, Chicago, IL, to provide an analysis and needs assessment of the NH Emergency Trauma System, in an amount not to exceed $71,921. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
