Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the County of Belknap, Laconia, NH, for courtroom and office space for the Belknap County Superior Court comprised of approximately 17,076 square feet, for an amount not to exceed $937,896. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
