Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with M.E. Latulippe Construction Inc., Ashland, NH, for the Glencliff Hydro Dam Repair, Benton, NH, for a total price not to exceed $478,785. (2)Further authorize the amount of $20,400 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $499,185. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2015. 95% Capital – General, 5% General – Operating Funds.
