Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Kevin W. Smith & Son Inc., Gorham, ME, for the Roof Replacement at the Lakes Region Facility – Powell Building, Laconia, NH, for a total price not to exceed $169,280. (2)Further authorize the amount of $17,300 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $186,580. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2015. 100% Capital – General Funds.
