TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Sununu, seconded by Councilor Kenney, voted to table the request to award grant funds in the amount of $387,842 to the Town of Bedford to install a geothermal space heating and cooling system at the Town Library. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2016. 100% Renewable Energy Funds.
