Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for 4.7 miles of pavement rehabilitation along US 302 in Conway, on the basis of a low bid of $4,879,542.85. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $487,954.29 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 24, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
