Authorize to transfer federal funds in the amount of $110,953 to enable the ability to subaward grant funding to another state agency. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. No additional funds are requested for this item. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 16, 2025. (2) Further authorize to enter into a subgrant with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Concord, NH, in an amount not to exceed $110,953.81, for the purpose of improving the security and distribution of medical assistance treatment medications to those with substance use disorders that are currently incarcerated. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
