Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to amend a contract with Eckman Construction Company Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-16-14, item #39), for the Regional Training Institute and Barracks Facility, by increasing the contingency for rework of unforeseen and latent conditions by $75,000 from $1,380,575 to $1,455,575, the contingency increase will increase the total not to exceed price from $28,992,075 to $29,067,075. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Capital – General Funds.
