Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Plaistow, NH, which shall provide courtroom and office space for the 10th Circuit Court – District Division – Plaistow comprised of approximately 3,784 square feet of space, for an amount not to exceed $178,140. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
