Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Colebrook, NH, which shall provide courtroom and office space for the 1st Circuit Court – District Division – Colebrook comprised of approximately 1,581 square feet of space, for an amount not to exceed $49,560. (2)Further authorize the request for a waiver from the Clean Air testing requirement. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
