TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Sununu, seconded by Councilor Wheeler voted to table the request to contract with Stephen L. Woodcock of Center Conway, NH, to conduct impartial special education complaint investigations and Authorized unencumbered payments for services to a total cumulative amount not to exceed $20,000. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
