Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to the existing lease with 40 Terrill Park Drive LLC c/o CPManagement Inc., Exeter, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-14-09, item #58), for continued operation of the Concord District Office, by increasing the price in the amount of $265,475.52 to $3,502,016.40 from $3,236,540.88, and by extending the end date from May 31, 2015 to November 30, 2015. 60% General, 40% Federal Funds.
