Description

Authorize to amend an existing agreement with NFI North Inc., Contoocook, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-11, item #249), for the provision of a 15 bed co-ed, short-term, staff secure shelter care facility known as Midway Shelter, located in Bradford, NH, by increasing the price by $2,730,700 from $5,354,312 to an amount not to exceed $8,085,012 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017. 48% Federal, 52% General Funds.
