Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with University of NH, Office of Sponsored Research, Durham, NH, to provide epidemiological expertise to provide analytic and research support to the Division of Public Health Services, Maternal and Child Health Section, in an amount not to exceed $450,000. Effective July 1, 2015, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2018. 58.40% Federal, 41.60% General Funds.
