Description
Authorize to establish a list of mental health providers, with the ability to expand said list to include additional interest vendors to provide outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse counseling services for clients enrolled in NH Ryan White CARE Program. No maximum client or service volume is guaranteed. Accordingly, the price limitation among all agreements is $30,000 each SFY for a total of $60,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Other Funds.
