Authorize to establish a list of Licensed Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals, with the ability to expand to include additional individuals and organizations licensed by the NH Board of Medicine, and certified and approved by the NH Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services to provide outpatient mental health and/or substance abuse counseling services to clients enrolled in the NH Ryan White CARE Program. No maximum client or service volume is guaranteed. Accordingly, the price limitation among all agreements is $30,000 each SFY for a total of $60,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Other Funds.
