Authorize to enter into subgrants with the subrecipients as detailed in the letter dated April 28, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $400,125 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Victims of Crime Act Grant for the purpose of providing services to victims of crime. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2025, whichever is later, through March 31, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
