Description

Authorize to enter into contracts with qualified attorneys in the State to provide for the representation of indigent defendants when the Public Defender Program is disqualified by a conflict of interest or not able to provide representation due to caseload limitations, in the amount of $3,499,600. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
