Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with JABLINCOLN LLC, Epping, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/26/24, Item #21), for the continued construction of a perimeter fence around Hampstead Hospital and Residential Treatment Facility, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $165,215 from $695,998 to $861,213 and extending the completion date from May 31, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
