Authorize to enter into a contract with Manchester Police Athletic League, Inc., Manchester, NH, in the amount of $400,000, to provide a Mentorship Pilot Program in Northern and Southern Hillsborough County for high-risk behaviors at school, in the community, or at home. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds
