Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment with the NH Professionals Health Program, Amherst, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #182), to manage and administer the Physician Health Program for FY16 and FY17, for an amount not to exceed $300,000, from $300,000 to $600,000. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. 100% Impaired Physician Program Funds.
