Authorize to enter into an agreement with Compass Group USA Inc., by and through its Chartwells Division of Rye Brook, NY, for the provision of meals through the NHTI – Concord’s Community College Capital Commons dining hall to recruit and in-service officers attending programs at the Arthur D. Kehas Law Enforcement Training Facility and Campus, in the amount of $307,863.80. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 10% Penalty Assessment Funds.
