Description
Authorize to accept and expend additional other revenue received as a result of recoupment of funds in the amount of $10,220,291, from a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services content review of the State Plan Reporting Year 2020 Disproportionate Share audit and report. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds as detailed in the letter dated April 22, 2025. Effective upon G&C through June 30, 2025. 100% Other Funds (DSH Audit Recoupment). Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 16, 2025.
