Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/23/22, Item #32), which was a result of a competitive procurement, for the provision of Neuropsychology Services at New Hampshire Hospital, including the planned New Hampshire Hospital High Security Unit, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $253,639 from $682,374 to $936,013 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
