Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Messersmith Manufacturing, Inc., Bark River, MI (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #13), for the continuation of maintenance and repair services on the Messersmith Biomass Boiler located at Glencliff Home, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $43,000 from $34,201 to $77,201 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
