Description

Authorize to enter into an agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to develop, conduct, and maintain a data validation plan for Healthcare Associated Infections reported by hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, in an amount not to exceed $115,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% HAI Facility Fees.
