Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with Daniels Equipment Company, Inc., Auburn, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/31/23, Item #36), for the continued provision of semi-annual preventative maintenance and repair services, including emergency repairs, on the commercial laundry equipment at Glencliff Home, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $22,310 from $22,310 to $44,620 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
