Authorize to exercise a renewal option to an existing agreement with Area Agency of Greater Nashua Inc., Nashua, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 4-9-14, item #46), to continue providing Financial Management Services by managing caregivers’ expenses and payment for respite services and supports to care for their family members at home, by increasing the price by $1,120,000 from $1,243,000 to $2,363,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2015 to September 30, 2016. 48% Federal, 52% General Funds.
