Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with the Community Alliance of Human Services Inc., Claremont, NH, for the public transportation services in the Claremont, Newport and Charlestown area, for an amount not to exceed $460,464. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
