Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for construction of a single lane roundabout at the intersection of NH Route 12, Lake Street, and Swanzey Factory Road in Swanzey, on the basis of a low bid of $1,110,303.55. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $111,030.36 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 9, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
