Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley Inc., Bow, NH, for the replacement of the existing red-listed bridge carrying I-95 over the Taylor River, in the Towns of Hampton Falls and Hampton, on the basis of a low bid of $11,798,426.89. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $353,952.81 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 18, 2015. 100% Turnpike Funds.
