Description

Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with Shimadzu Scientific Instruments Inc., for the provision of maintenance and repair of the Shimadzu gas chromatograph/mass spectrometers in the State Police Forensic Laboratory, in the amount of $81,696.25. Effective January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2019. 100% Highway Funds.
