Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with The Cheshire Medical Center, Keene, NH, to operate a single point of entry Doorway for individuals seeking access to substance us-related services and supports, with a price limitation of $7,367,530, of which $5,263,000 is a shared amount for unmet and flexible needs funding among all nine Doorway contractors. Effective retroactive to September 30, 2024, upon G&C approval through September 29, 2026, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. 85.57% Federal Funds, 14.43% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission)
