Description

Authorize to amend a contract with CQuest America Inc., Springfield, IL, (originally approved by G&C on 9-3-14, item #23), to provide services to make technical enhancement to the software of the WIC StarLINC System and to enhance the WIC client portal, by increasing the price by $54,756 from $3,546,542 to $3,601,298. Effective upon G&C approval through the original end date of June 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
