Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with Greenman – Pedersen Inc., Portsmouth, NH, for the preliminary design for the rehabilitation or replacement to address the Red List bridge carrying NH Route 16 over the Ellis River in the Town of Jackson, for a total amount not to exceed $275,243.73. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
