Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for resurfacing of approximately 27 miles in District III in Belknap and Carroll Counties, on the basis of a low bid of $2,634,925. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $131,746.25 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 2, 2015. 17% Betterment, 83% Agency Income Funds.
