Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Delucca Fence Company Inc., Methuen, MA, for installation of median protection along 9 miles of NH 101 in Exeter and Hampton, on the basis of a low bid of $2,764,984.70. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $193,548.93 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
