Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for resurfacing of approximately 56 miles in District VI in Merrimack, Rockingham and Strafford Counties, on the basis of a low bid of $3,470,663.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $173,533.18 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 2, 2015. 66% Betterment, 34% Agency Income Funds.
