Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for resurfacing of approximately 63 miles in District IV in Cheshire, Hillsborough and Sullivan Counties, on the basis of a low bid of $4,021,478. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $201,073.90 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 2, 2015. 71% Betterment, 29% Agency Income Funds.
