Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for resurfacing of approximately 81 miles in District I in Coos and Grafton Counties, on the basis of a low bid of $5,332,800. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $266,640 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 2, 2015. 78.1% Betterment, 21.9% Agency Income Funds.
