Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association, Concord, NH, in the amount of $400,000 to provide training that increases the ability of the behavioral health workforce to engage with, and address the needs of individuals across the lifespan who are struggling with mental health and substance use disorders with a focus on youth and young adults and expand the workforce through credentialing support. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2026, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds
