Authorize the Supplemental Resolution authorizing the issuance of up to $50 million of turnpike new money revenue bonds, 2015 series A (the “Bonds”) under RSA 237-A:2 The State Treasurer is authorized to sell the bonds to a syndicate of underwriters to be selected by the State Treasurer, to execute and deliver to the underwriters a Purchase Contract and final official statewide in such form as deemed appropriate, and to execute and deliver all other documents and instruments necessary or convenient to carry out this transaction, as set forth in the Supplemental Resolution.
