Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a contract with Piscataqua Environmental Services LLC, Rochester, NH, for Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation, Sampling, Testing and Maintenance at Wallis Sands State Park, in the amount of $48,920. Effective May 1, 2015 through October 1, 2016. 100% Agency Income (Park Fund).
