Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Cross Roads House, Inc., Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/20/23, Item #41), to continue the operations of a cold weather solutions shelter program for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $160,000 from $160,000 to $320,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
