Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into a sole source contract with TriTech Software Systems Inc., Marlborough, MA, for developing software to enable the TriTech Records Management System to interface with the State of NH J-ONE System for criminal complaints, dispositions, and citations and for developing an electronic crash system and electronic protective orders in support of the J-ONE project, in the amount of $323,026. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 57% Federal, 43% Agency Income.
