Authorize to amend an existing contract with Ascentria Community Services, Inc., Concord, NH (6/16/21, Item #8), which was a result of a competitive procurement, to provide language and communication access services to the Department, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $1,450,000 from $3,885,289 to $5,335,289 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
