Description

Authorize to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $3,935,131 from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for the purposes of making changes to the New HEIGHTS eligibility system to comply with federally required guidelines in the area of system security. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on April 3, 2015.
