Description

Authorize a renewal option and amend a contract with Community Action Program of Belknap and Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-14-13, item #37), to provide nutritious fruits and vegetables benefits to low-income seniors participating in the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, by increasing the price by $273,984 from $173,810 to $447,794, and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2015 to September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
