Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to enter into a sole source memorandum of Understanding with the Community College System of NH, Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5-25-11, item #42), for the implementation and delivery of a Job Readiness Certificate program for unemployed NH citizens, in an amount not to exceed $3,600,000. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2019. 100% Other Funds – Job Training Program.
